Adrenaline is used in the following situations:
• Cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary reanimation
If artificial respiration, open or closed heart compression does not help, ADRENALINE can be given intravenously, into the heart or into the trachea after intravenous administration of sodium bicarbonate.
• Anaphylactic shock (hypersensitivity reaction accompanied by low blood pressure) and acute (sudden) allergic reactions
It is used as a physiological antagonist of histamine against angioedema (nonpruritic swelling and redness of the skin as a result of allergies), drug and serum reactions, insect bites and other allergens. If there is shock, it is not given subcutaneously. In addition, the patient in shock should be given intravenous H1 receptor antagonist (chlorpheniramine).

Deri altına verilir.
• Deri ve mukozalarda kapiller (yüzeysel) kanamaları durdurma Çözelti şeklinde bölgesel verilir.
• Lokal anesteziklerin (bölgesel anestezi sağlayan ilaçlar) etki süresini uzatma Diş hekimleri tarafından vazokonstrüktör (damar büzücü) olarak ilave edilir.
